The video explains changes to the Pre-Add Match Queue. In the current code, clicking “Pre-Add Matches” shows the full history of all pre-add returns received to date. In the upcoming release, the Pre-Add Match Queue will display only the most recent pre-add return. To view historical pre-add returns in the new version, users should navigate to Claims > History > Pre-Add Return. This area provides the same historical view as today, including the ability to download text files and drill into any processed pre-add return.
